Please make sure you have completed the following steps: - updated the Hailo app to the latest version (3.7 or higher) on the App Store or Google Play. - checked that the e-mail address registered in your Hailo account is your professional address. - accepted the terms and conditions of Hailo for Business and activated your account online. If you still do not see the company account in your list, please check with your account administrator that: - he added your correct professional e-mail address to the account - he registered your company shared card to the account If you still do not see the company card, please email email@example.com quoting your account number and our support team will fix it.
Open the Hailo app on your smartphone, tap “account”, then “cards”, then select the company card, and then tap the link to set as “default”.
You are then requested to update your e-mail address in the app and use the professional e-mail address instead. To do so, just tap “account”, then “Profile”, and they tap your existing e-mail address. There will be no change in your existing settings and history of rides. You will still be able to use Hailo for personal rides (paying cash or with your personal cards). Personal rides will not appear in the monthly company statement, and related receipts won’t be copied to the company administrator.
Only one e-mail address can be used on your Hailo account. But the receipts related to personal rides (paid cash or with your personal cards) will not be copied to the company administrator and they will not appear on the monthly company statement.

Employers can see all jobs charged to the account company shared card. Don’t worry - any ride paid by cash or with your personal cards cannot be seen by your employer.
You can use your Hailo for Business account in any Hailo city. As soon as you open the app and providing you have connectivity (e.g. 3G or Wifi), you will see a screen with local Hailo policies and you will be able to have the ride charged to your company card. It will appear on the monthly company statement as any other Hailo for Business ride.
Currently, the app does not allow you to allocate your credit to specific rides. But the credit amount will appear on your receipt so you have the ability to claim it back to your employer.
Rides are immediately charged to the company card so there is no automated way to cancel the transaction. Inform your employer so he can deduct the amount from any expense claims you may have.
