  • How do I close our Hailo for Business account?

    There is no minimum term on Hailo for Business and you incur no cost as long as you are not using the service. A solution to temporarily pausing the service is to suspend all employees. If you want to permanently close your Hailo for Business account, please email london.business@hailocab.com quoting your account number and one of our customer service representatives will be able to help.

  • I can't login - what do I do?

    If you’re having problems with login, first double check your email address is correct and it is the one you used during registration (this will be the one we send your email receipts to). If you are still unable to login, tap ‘Forgot Password’ on the login screen and enter your phone number (including international code E.G. +44 UK, +1 USA, +353 Ireland). We will text you a code you can use to reset your password by following the on-screen instructions.
