    Just three prerequisites: - Be an authorised personnel of your company to agree to our Hailo for Business terms and conditions. - Identify the person in your company who will be the administrator of the account. - Have access to an authorised company credit / debit card which can be used as a shared card.

  • What are the requirements for an account administrator?

    The administrator must have a regular Hailo account and know the details of the company card which will be charged for all company rides. The account administrator will be responsible for adding the shared card, inviting / removing employees and confirming where receipts are sent to.

  • Which version of the Hailo app is required?

    Both administrators and company staff should have at least version 3.7 of the Hailo app but it is always best to check that you have the latest version from either the Google Play store or iTunes Store.

  • How many employees can I invite to my Hailo for Business account?

    As many as you like. There is no limit. ​

  • How do I add an employee?

    In order to add an employee, the account administrator simply need to enter his e-mail address in the Hailo for Business dashboard. If the employe does not yet have an existing Hailo account registered with this e-mail address, they will immediately receive an e-mail asking them to modify the e-mail address of their existing hailo account, or to download the Hailo app and create an account. Once the employee has agreed on the terms and conditions of Hailo for Business, they will automatically have the shared company card added to their account.

  • How do I remove an employee?

    You can suspend any employee from the Hailo for Business online dashboard in just a few clicks. The shared company card will immediately disappear from the employee’s Hailo account.

  • What happens if an employee already uses Hailo with a personal email address?

    Your colleague will just need to update their e-mail address in the app for their existing account and use their professional e-mail address. There will be no change in their existing settings and history of rides. They will still be able to use Hailo for personal rides (paying cash or with a personal card). Personal rides will not appear in the monthly company statement, and related receipts won’t be copied to the company administrator.
