Please make sure you have completed the following steps:
- updated the Hailo app to the latest version (3.7 or higher) on the App Store or Google Play.
- checked that the e-mail address registered in your Hailo account is your professional address.
- accepted the terms and conditions of Hailo for Business and activated your account online.
If you still do not see the company account in your list, please check with your account administrator that:
- he added your correct professional e-mail address to the account
- he registered your company shared card to the account
If you still do not see the company card, please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your account number and our support team will fix it.
